Most of all, I had a delay while on the clock, and they didn't keep running up the bill like I feel most would. They did everything possible to make sure it was a good experience for me, even though moving is always tough. The booking agent took great care of me on the front end with scheduling as well. Booked this like 2 days out but had confirmations immediately. I strongly recommend iHaul iMove - ask for Junior and Joe!

I had a crew of two who were just amazing but the item that I needed moved upstairs was too heavy for just two people. Management quickly sent out help and they were able to get the furniture I needed upstairs and placed exactly where I needed it. Cody and Logan were wonderful! They moved furniture all over my house, including carrying heavy pieces up and down the stairs, and they took great care of everything. What I loved most was how they treated my Newfoundland. They took time to love on her… it was obvious they were genuinely dog people. It made the whole experience feel so comfortable and personal. I almost never post a review but this warrants one. Joe and his crew, Vincent, Adom, and Ethan took the stress out of moving which is very rare. They were organized, efficient, and careful with everything. They didn't hesitate to help place items and problem solved until they figured out a way to move a difficult piece of furniture where it needed to be. If you are researching right now trying to find a great mover you can stop. You've found the best.

We got Thomas, Alex, Staffford, Isaiah, Cameron, and Jr. These guys were amazing. We had a massive move (took over 9 hours) and they got everything over with no damage to anything. Had rugs on the floor, wrapped & padded all the furniture, and worked super efficiently only stopping for a short break and lunch. Even had a piano, fridge, and massage chair moved and it was all good. In addition to the actual work, what I really appreciated was their professionalism and good attitude throughout. Everything was “yes sir” and “thank you”. They were a joy to work with and would definitely work with them again. Only thing I might add is to plan on more time than the initial estimate, moving is a lot of work!

They worked incredibly well together and clearly have their system down to a science. They were so happy, polite, and accommodating the entire time. Moving is exhausting, but this crew took a massive weight off my shoulders. I attached a picture of them at the very end of the job, and as you can see, they still had big smiles on their faces! This company is excellent they went out of there way to help me , the supervisor explained piece by piece what they were doing and then we got to my storage unit and we couldnt get in he started working on a way to fix my problem really really a good company they explain what every charge is for and try not to use things they dont need like extra boxes i was really happy with them i will use them again when i move to my new house They did a wonderful job for us and I’m telling you we had a lot they never once complained they did it with ease and smiling faces ty so much Matthew was very kind respectful and a very strong young man he was great ty so much good job
