These guys were amazing. We had a massive move (took over 9 hours) and they got everything over with no damage to anything.

We got Thomas, Alex, Staffford, Isaiah, Cameron, and Jr. These guys were amazing. We had a massive move (took over 9 hours) and they got everything over with no damage to anything. Had rugs on the floor, wrapped & padded all the furniture, and worked super efficiently only stopping for a short break and lunch. Even had a piano, fridge, and massage chair moved and it was all good. In addition to the actual work, what I really appreciated was their professionalism and good attitude throughout. Everything was “yes sir” and “thank you”. They were a joy to work with and would definitely work with them again. Only thing I might add is to plan on more time than the initial estimate, moving is a lot of work!

I have used iHaul iMove 5 or 6 times in the last 6 years and I also recommended them to my parents, who hired them to pack and move them a couple of years ago as well. They have helped me with several local moves as well as helping me to move furniture out of my house while we were getting our floors refinished and I couldn't figure out how to angle the couch to get it out the front door. The guys have always been polite, kind, and careful to protect my house and my stuff. They are always willing to do extra little things (with notice, of course) like picking up a washer/dryer set we were buying from another location on the way to the other house, giving me guidance on the size of storage pods I would need for my stuff, and moving furniture within my house to another location for staging. I have had them move a piano, a home gym, and an Audi TT, and they've always had a great strategy and never damaged anything. I recommend these guys to anyone I know who is moving and I would never hire another company, even if they were cheaper, and I'm a pretty frugal person. I trust iHaul iMove with my family's things and to be in my home with my children and my dogs and make sure everyone is safe with all the large objects moving around.

They took care of all of our belongings, wrapped items to make sure they stayed safe during transport, and put all of our items wherever requested. When my house listed, IHaul IMove was the first to send a promotional flyer. They even included a discount, which is great for a retired senior on a fixed income. IHaul IMove is in the Springs but came up to Castle Rock to move me. I'm combining households with a friend. IHaul IMove is willing to make multiple stops, so they picked up her furniture as well. Andrew, Justin, Cody and Joe were a great team! They were careful and fast. They wrapped every piece of furniture and anything fragile. This was big move and a long day and they all remained positive throughout. I recommend IHaul IMove very highly. Katie was my first contact at IHaul IMove. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough as we went through the house room by room using the pics online.

I needed to move a 500lb hot tub through a gate with less than 3” of clearance. I originally scheduled the movers for Friday, but unforeseen circumstances required me to reschedule for Tuesday less than an hour before they were set to arrive. The office was professional and compassionate. In fact, I called multiple times to update them and was greeted with the same charisma and up-beat attitude every time. When Thomas, Stafford, and Terrel arrived I saw a reflection of that same professionalism. While they navigated through my fence with little to no clearance, I was amazed at how smooth and steady they navigated through it. When they arrived at the hot tub’s resting place, it was lowered down and centered clean and controlled. Not a scratch. Not a thud. iHaul iMove has gained a customer for life. I can’t recommend them enough!
