Social Media Creator & Community Ambassador
Get paid to tell Colorado Springs stories. Film local businesses and our crews, host Realtor conversations, help at open houses and turn good ideas into finished videos.
The role
Make social media content and connect with the community. Pitch, host, film and finish short videos about local businesses, neighborhoods, Realtors and our crews. Help Katie at open houses, partner visits and events. Get filming permission and follow through. No quoting, sales closing or dispatch duties.
Part-time and full-time positions available now. About 25 paid hours/week part-time or 40 full-time. Tell us which you prefer. Agree your schedule before starting, including some planned evening/weekend events. Reliable local transportation, a valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance are needed for assigned driving.
Pay and benefits
$20/hour for either schedule. Base examples: $500 for 25 paid hours or $800 for 40. Plus up to $150/week in preapproved earned bonuses for either schedule, not guaranteed. All work time and applicable overtime are paid.
Paid sick leave as required by Colorado law. No employer-sponsored health insurance or retirement benefits currently offered. Approved business mileage is reimbursed; any clothing stipend is discretionary and not guaranteed.
How to apply
Upload a 60-90-second video telling us why you would be a good fit for community and social media work. Give us one local story you would film and how you would make it interesting. A phone video is fine; production polish is not the point. No access to personal social accounts or changes to privacy settings are requested.
You may omit or redact age-related information, including your age, birth date and school attendance or graduation dates.
Deadline: October 14, 2026 at 11:59 pm Mountain time. Need an accommodation or an equivalent way to apply? Email matt@ihaulimove.com. The standard form requires a video, but we will work with you on access needs.
